SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

GLAMPITARA ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

 

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:
Prepaid: Cards (Credit/Debit), UPI, NetBanking, and Digital Wallets.

 

ORDER DISPATCH

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Shipping Notifications: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email once the order has shipped.

  • Delay Updates: If there are any setbacks in processing, Glampitara will contact you to inform you of the possible delay.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message containing your AWB number and a Tracking URL.

  • Live Tracking: You can use the provided link to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.

  • Website Tracking: Orders can also be tracked directly on the website via the "Track My Order" tab, located under the category menu.

 

ORDER DELIVERY

INDIA

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 2 days of dispatch.

    • Non-Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 5–7 days of dispatch.

  • Potential Delays: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues.

  • Tracking Methods: Please use the tracking details sent to your registered email ID and WhatsApp number to monitor your shipment.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

INDIA (Prepaid)

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹1,999 within India.

  • Standard Shipping Charges (Prepaid):

    • Delhi: ₹60

    • Rest of India: ₹80

INDIA (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD Fees: A standard shipping/cash-handling charge of ₹130 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders within India.

  • Variable Pricing: This fee may vary based on the size and volume of the COD package.

  • Final Calculation: Total shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout once the shipping address is provided.

 

International orders (Outside of India)

  • Standard Delivery Window: You can expect your package to arrive within 15 days from the date of your order.

  • Logistics Process: Packages move through multiple checkpoints to ensure safe delivery; while the travel is fast, the full sorting process takes time.
