How it Works

Once you return your item, we will send you a coupon code for the full value of the product to use on your next purchase.

3 Simple Steps to Return:

Step 1: Inform (Notification)

Timeline: You must report the return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requirements: Share the product name and an image via email at sales@glampitara.com or WhatsApp at +91 8287867067.
Approval: Glampitara must officially approve the request before you proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Return (Shipping)

Timeline: Shipped products must be sent back within 5 days of receiving approval.
Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Shipping Responsibility: The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Process: Use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details immediately after dispatch.
Warning: Refund codes will not be issued if the product is damaged or missing its original packaging.

Step 3: Refund (Processing)

Acknowledgment: You will be notified of the package receipt within 24–48 hours of it reaching the warehouse.
Quality Check: A final inspection will be conducted to ensure the item meets return standards.
Final Settlement: The applicable refund will be calculated and issued as per the Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

Store Credit Only: All refunds are issued exclusively as one-time use coupon codes.
No Cash/Bank Transfers: No direct bank transfers or credits to the original payment source are provided.
Validity: Coupon codes must be used within 15 days from the date of issuance.

Applicable Deductions

Non-Acceptance of Prepaid Orders: A total of ₹250 (covering forward and reverse shipping) will be deducted if a prepaid order is not accepted. The customer will be contacted via WhatsApp, and the balance is issued only as a refund coupon code via email.
Failed Deliveries/Returns: No bank transfers or original-source credits are provided for undelivered or returned packages.
Coupon Code Expiry: If a previously issued refund coupon is used on a new order that you then reject or fail to accept, that coupon code expires and cannot be used again. So, kindly ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
Waived Shipping Recovery: If your order originally had free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping cost from the warehouse.
Exchange Limits: Orders placed using a refund coupon code are not eligible for further exchanges if that new order is also returned.
Frequent Return Fee: If you have placed more than two orders using refund coupons, the ₹125 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, even if a free shipping offer was applied.
COD Token Non-Refundable: The ₹250 token amount for Cash on Delivery is strictly non-refundable if the order is not accepted or returned.
Excess Token Balance: If the COD token paid was higher than ₹250, the remaining balance (after the ₹250 deduction) will be sent as a refund coupon code via email or WhatsApp.

Eligibility

Product Eligibility: Most items on the website are eligible for exchange via coupon code credit, excluding products purchased during "Hyper Sales."
Condition Requirements: Products sent that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging are ineligible for refunds or credits.
- Note: These items can be returned to you for an additional ₹125 shipping fee or collected in-person from the warehouse.
Strict Timelines: Returns will not be accepted if:
- They are not reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- The physical product is not received back at the warehouse within 5 days.
Quality Standards: All products pass through multiple quality checks before dispatch. No monetary refunds are provided if a product simply fails to meet personal expectations.

Refund Time

Processing Timeline: Your refund coupon code will be issued within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
Single Coupon Policy: Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Therefore, refund codes cannot be combined with any other promotional or offer codes.
Usage Restrictions: To use a refund coupon code on a new order, you must ensure no other offer codes are applied at checkout.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, you may choose between:
- A free replacement of the same product.
- A refund coupon code for the total amount paid for that item.

Damaged Product Received

All products undergo a double quality check and are carefully packaged.

On rare occasions, a package may be handled roughly by the delivery service while en route to you. If your product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, it may be due to these transit conditions rather than a manufacturing defect.

Follow these steps:

1. Immediate Notification (Within 24 Hours)

Required Proof: You must create an unboxing video while taking clear photos of the product, showing.
Contact: Email sales@glampitara.com or WhatsApp +91 82878 67067 within 24 hours of delivery.
Response Time: Our team will review your evidence and respond within 48 hours.

2. Returning the Item

Approval: Once your return is verified and approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
Packaging: Ship the product back in its original packaging to ensure it is secure.
Shipping Costs: While you initially pay for the return shipping, these charges will be adjusted in your next order via a refund coupon code.

3. Resolution & Final Settlement

Options: Upon receiving the damaged item, we will either:
- Dispatch a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
- Issue a full refund coupon code for the value of the product.
Validity: Refund coupons for damaged goods are valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.
No Cash Refunds: Please note that monetary refunds are not provided; only replacements or refund coupon codes are available.
